I noticed that when I was browsing /home/user/.kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme/default/widgets, when I double-clicked on the address lineedit, instead of selecting all the text, only the text after the '.' was selected.

This seems to happen whenever there is a . on the lineedit: doubleclicking after it selects text after the '.', doubleclicking before it selects text before the '.'.

You're right, this occurs in other lineedits throughout kde (and not just with '.', but with ':').

I had tried in konqueror too, and that one seems to work, but krunner and others suffer from the same problem.

Just noticed that I replied to myself with "You're" right. Anyways, seems it's fixed now.
