Now, I must click in the elements of the panels to open the options. For example: I must click in bookmarks places to open one.

You can run "System Settings" and use the mousewheel to change the selected tab to try this feature.

You can run "System Settings" and use the mousewheel's UP & DOWN to change the selected tab to try this feature.
Important: The pointer of the mouse must be on the tabs to try the feature.
