In generally I maintain this thing: for the inbox would be convenient to have a fixed/temporary filter by status unread. For another personal folder it may be as well convenient to have a permanent filter by status Important and so on... N.B. I filed this in wishlist because a.t.m. if I e.g. filter the incoming folder by unread then I have to switch a minute to read another mail in different folder and I come back to the Incoming folder, the filter by status unread gets forgiven. I have to remark the opportunity to add such a feture, because too often, for one reason or another (e.g. #1# the message carries an header with sent date wrongly set in year 2000 or before. #2# the unread message gets nested in a group by thread/by subject) the unread emails get really unread forever (if one keep an Incoming folder big enough and doesn't see the messages clearly as unread)!! Keep up the good work Kmail / Kontact TEAM!!!!!! |
