Version:            (using KDE 4.0.0)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

In KDE 4 has changed the view of Control Panel, i think which a good idea would the possibility to switch from new KDE 4 view of kcontrol to old KDE 3.5 view which are better for advanced users i think.

The same possibility which there is in windows vista control Panel or in xp control pane : Standard View or Classic/advanced View.

This implementation is possible?

Kcontrol has been replaced by systemsettings.

Ok, but for the power user the kcontrol style is better.

Yes, looks like a duplicate of Bug 153556. It's the same requesting a classic view or a tree view. And it already has 666 votes!
