Version:            (using KDE 4.0.0)
Installed from:    Unlisted Binary Package
Compiler:          gcc 4.2 
OS:                Linux

The desktop crashes with this backtrace.
It will happen more often with non kde applications like pidgin or linux skype.
But it happens even with the kde control panel.
Everything die and a white page remains.
The only way to do something is to kill the X server and restart.

Please install the -debug packages and attach a correct backtrace. =)

Ok sorry for useless bugtrace.
I will see if there are such packages into debian experimental to install them.
Then post again the bug.
