In KDE4 kcontrol is replaced by systemsettings. Yeah, I suspected kcontrol wasn't where this should go. Unfortunately, I made the assumption that it filtered the application list based on my version of KDE. Any way to move it, or should I mark it as resolved and re-file? I experience the same problem Same problem with kde 4.0.2 from the kubuntu-kde4 in 8.04 Hardy Alpha6 release from last night. I confirm this problem also. Using Kubuntu 8.04 packages. I have the same problem with a 4.0 branch build from a few days ago. I'm using an Intel graphics chip, "intel" driver in xorg 1.4.0.90. Xrandr works...except for not permitting 1600x1200 on my TMDS-1. *** This bug has been confirmed by popular vote. *** Bug reported in Ubuntu launchpad: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdebase-workspace/+bug/209269 *** Bug 159133 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This works in 4.1 working here on current trunk. |
