When I first logon on KDE4, the icon theme I was using was CrystalProject. I changed it to Oxygen, but there are some icons (such as Back, Forward and Up) on Dolphin that are messed up, and the Application Launcher widget on the panel too (but not on desktop).

sounds like something you should report to slackware

Do you still have this problem using the latest KDE 4.1.3 ?
