- Open kickoff, enter 'konsole' into the search box.
- Close kickoff
- Open kickoff again.  The search box still has konsole in it but the menu is showing favourites.  If you click into the search box and hit enter, it does not work.  You have to delete a letter and then search again.

The search box should either clear on close or the search should stay in place through a close and open.

This is fixed now with r769604 in trunk and r769606 in the 4.0-branch and will be part of KDE 4.0.2. Thank you for the feedback, Mike.
