Version:           0.50.0 (using KDE KDE 4.0.0)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

In Kopete 0.12.7 I can change custom color for ICQ account. I go into Settings --> Configure Kopete --> Accounts, and change a custom color. 
But Kopete 0.50.0 for KDE 4.0.0 does not some button. I can select account color only when create it.

Confirmed in Kopete 0.50.80.
