Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Konqueror on KDE4 has a buggy proxy module. No matter what I use in proxy config, proxy never works. I've tried manual setup, env setup, script based setup and automatic setup (wpad). None of them worked on my 4.0 kde. Once in the kde alpha/beta state, manual proxy setup used to work.
