I think I figured this bug out. Dolphin is the default in any fresh KDE4 install, but if you move or rename the Dolphin icon in the Kmenu, it removes it on the inode list for directory opening. I think a fix for this would be to code the action of launching your default window manager without making it depend on how you have your kmenu configured. Version 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1.0 (4.1 >= 20080722)) (KDEmod) in ArchLinux i686: Renaming or Moving Dolphin shortcut in KMenu (using the menueditor) didn't remove it from the inode list, so I can't reproduce this bug. That's fine, if I have this problem again I'll reopen this bug. |
