In KDE 4 the templates don't even show up in those config dialogs... @Thomas. I do not understand your answer. Does it means that templates will not come back to toolbars? Can this bug be closed then? > @Thomas. I do not understand your answer.

What I meant is: If you define a custom template, this template does not show up in the "Configure Shortcuts" dialog or in the "Configure toolbars" dialog, as far as I can see.
Thus this bug report is no longer valid for the KDE4 version.
I'd argue that it is a bug/wish to make the templates show up in those menus.
