There are many bugs in System Settings - Keybord shortcuts dialog:
1. Shortcut changing dialog haven't OK and Cancel button and there is no way to confirm changes instead of close dialog.
2. When changing "KDE component" - Shortcut changing dialog still drawn over new dialog (see screenshot)
3. When trying to make shortcut with Meta key - it's drawed with broken characters (see screenshot)
4. Sometimes default binding for action changes with mine. Can't reproduce because of crashes.
5. Keyboard shortcuts dialog crashes when trying to change binding when "Shortcut changing dialog" from preview window drawn on screen
6. After crash i haven't "plasma" in KDE components list. And i don't know how return it back. Ctrl+F12 shortcut don't work now.

Version 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1.0 (4.1 >= 20080722)) (KDEmod) in ArchLinux i686:

1st bug should be a wish
I can't reproduce bug 2 or 3

Can you still reproduce the other bugs/behaviours with a recent release of KDE (4.1.0 or 4.0.5) ?

Cannot reproduce 2 to 6.
