Yih. There used to be a lock icon... It's baaaddd that it's not there any more. Probably happened when SSL code changed.. For the other half, see 154060... but that one is not just missing button, but the fact that the ui for viewing certificates itself seems semi-busted :( Also an error to connect to a secure page ( https ) There was an error loading https://www.uno-e.com/UNOEPUB/tlwu2_index.html: Unable to connect to the machine www.uno-e.com: SSL negotiation failed . Can't confirm error from comment #2: works ok here (opensuse packages). Btw Antonio, if you're using kde4daily, I think ssl is broken there, even https://bugs.kde.org doesn't work. I can confirm this. It's really hard to see if a site is encrypted or not. also when connecting to https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=162909 OpenSuse has registered a bug (Novell) https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=353533 I do not know if it is a bug of Novell or KDE We can reasonably mark this report as a dup of bug #154060 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 154060 *** |
