How to Reproduce:
--------------
Open a window, make it overlap part of the analog clock widget, quickly move the mouse cursor to the widget and then to the window. Then the control box will not fade out.  (Note:Please refer attachment for the screen shot.)

Expected Behaviour:
----------------
Control box should fade out. This issue is easily observed at larger size widget.

mmmh, it was fixed, wasn't it backported to 4.0?

4.0 branch, yes. not 4.0.0.
