Quality doesn't correspond to quality value of the command-line encoder :
quality 70 is 6.7
quality 72 is 6.92
quality 73 is 7.03

it should be 7, 7.2 and 7.3...

The KDE bug tracking tool does not handle bug reports for soundkonverter.
