Hi there. happy new year. anyone of you guys ever used kdiff3 ?

you know, right next to the scrollbar there is another not-so-wide sidebar which indicates places where there are differences. with little lines of different colour. you know what I am talking about?

I'd wish the same thing for konversation to indicate where did I talk and where people mention my name.

It's probably better to show the marks in the scrollbar itself, as e.g. KDE's advanced text editor Kate does for bookmarks. We've previously discussed this.
