The panel applet doesn't display program icons from Windows applications running in Wine correctly. (Before anyone asks, it's not a Wine bug, these worked fine with Kicker in KDE 3.5.x) The icons get corrupted, pick up cursor data and display that, or don't display anything at all.

We've had icon trouble for a while with certain programmes.  OpenOffice.org and Links (in graphical mode) are also offenders.
