Description Pupeno 2008-01-01 13:27:18 UTC
Version: 1.0.1 (using KDE 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic

When the input box is set to expand with text, arrow up and arrow one stop to move through the history of messages. It would be nice to have a menu action with some shortcut (shift up, shift down?) to be used to retrieve input history while in this mode.
Thanks.

In multi-line input box mode, use Ctrl+Shift+Up and Ctrl+Shift+Down to browse the history.

That's very good! The only problem is that it is hidden magic. If you had KActions for them and put them in some menu and assign them the keyboard shortcut (as in Settings -> Configure shortcuts) then it would be easy to find this feature and even customize it if needed.
Thank you.
