hi..

I've used activation by window events in the past (kde 3.3 maybe) and it has been working great, but now it simply won't work. please, pay attention on this. I'll provide any additional info if requred, but this can be easily reproduced by creating any action that should be triggered my window event

Fix khotkeys triggers on window activation

window actions are set after init is called, which means a connect gets
missed
