kxkb does not switch input language when drop-down list is open.

In any qt input field, it is impossible to change input language via keyboard shortcut when the drop-down list opens. This is very annoying and severely hinders productivity.

Usage case 1: 
Web browsing in Konqueror. Can't fill in forms in Cyrillic, need to kill the drop-down list, switch language, start filling in, select the hint from the drop-down list. (This goes for the Google search box and the address field as well.) 

Usage case 2: I want to run a program with parameters in cyrillic 
e.g.: searcher.sh параметри за търсене
1. Alt + F2 
2. run dialog appears
3. enter program name in latin characters: searcher.sh
4. attempt to switch language: alt+shift
5. attempt to switch language: alt+shift again
6. close list
7. switch language 
8. write the parameters in cyrillic: параметри за търсене


Expected behavior:
language should be switched regardless of context.
