I cannot svn checkout anonsvn from behind a proxy. The name resolution does not work. 

The following command succeeds from behind a proxy:
 svn co https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.5/kdepim

The following does not:
 svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.5/kdepim
