The "detach view" command actually is enabled only for splitted views. But it should works even without splitted views.

I've tested it removing the line 160 of ViewManager.cpp and it works.

However the command "detach view" should be enabled only when the view is splitted OR when there are more than one tab opened.

Fixed in SVN revision #748993 ("Enable 'Detach View' action when there is more than one container OR more than one view in the current container.")
