Alt-Tab works almost fine now, but its not possible to cycle through the list backwards. Alt-Shift-tab simply doesn't do anything.

I think this problem is the same as the "alt+shift+tab" makes keyboard inaccessible, after all the problem goes away after changing the shortcut to something else. Closing as duplicate.
