a) the both "filters" for scalable/bitmap are greyed out
b) lock backside to front is always enabled when I open the dialog, no
matter what I have chosen last time I opened and Ok'ed it.
c) when opening it it automatically selects the NICU frontside, no
matter which deck I currently use

c) should be fixed now.

b) will take a bit more effort and actually might need redoing it for 4.1 using KPixmapCache instead of manual caching (same for lskat here).

a) might be "on purpose".

these problems have been fixed by simplifying the choices in the dialog
