I want to drag'n drop an URL from e.g. konqueror to a buddy on the contact list. Moving the URL over the contact list is extremely slow. There's appears black frame around the buddy in the contact list which iterates about hundred times slower than my mousepointer did. Even when I discard this action by moving to a section where the URL can't be dropped the black frame further iterates.

When I release the mousebutton while my mouse is on another buddy than the black frame my url is send to the buddy with the black frame not to the buddy under my mousepointer.

I cannot duplicate in KDE 4. There will be no further releases of KDE 3, so I will close the bug.
