'Power Control' is a misleading label, module only configures display power management.  You could assume it handled disk spindown and all sorts.  Consider making it a category.

The "Power Control" module is inside the "Display" module (here using KDE4.2 and probably a lot before too). I suppose that can't be any confusion.
