I have 2 Twinview/Xinerama screens, if I put a plasma widget onto screen2 and then mouseover it the edit/resize ring appears.  If I put the widget on the left of the right screen and move the mouse over to the left screen, the ring does not disappear.  The widget is placed so that when the ring is showing there is no gap on the right screen.

we call the 'ring' an 'applethandle' (hooray for jargon! ;), and this is a dupe report. thanks for making it all the same.
