lskat is currently completely unusable. The problem was introduced when
the card-area was moved from the left to be centered (r731909). One now
has to click into the empty area on the left to select one of the
left-most 2 cards.

Also drawing the hidden cards is not done at all which makes it
impossible to see wether a card is the last in the stack of two or
there's still the second there.
