Kickoff leave tab have 5 options:

-Logout
-Lock 
-Switch User
-Shutdown 
-Restart

When you click in 3 out of those 5 options, the confirmation dialog pops whit those 3 again, but you have already made the decision, it makes you point twice, instead, it should be just a little dialog asking for:

Proceed - Cancel

Luis Augusto Fretes Cuevas is totally right I was about reporting this issue too.
