This appears similar to Bug 67935, but that bug is marked as fixed long ago - while I see this issue in Fedora Core 8 (KDE 3.5.8).

Bug 67935 is different, it is about the menu entry "Configure Shortcuts" being in the menu twice.

I can not reproduce this bug, neither in the enterprise nor in the trunk version.

Well, hopefully it is gone in the trunk then. Not that I configure shortcuts frequently so this bug isn't really much annoying.

Works for me in KDE4.
