IMAP support in KDE4 is a bit broken at the moment. This is somewhat of a problem in KDE3 as well (see bug 121272), but it could be more frequent in KDE4. *** Bug 152750 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I can reproduce this bug. Confirmed. *** Bug 154851 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Fixed this one last night with 761486, I think. Please confirm. subject info is correct, sender info is not. The Sender info is "Unknown" till you click on it. Using courier imap. However, as soon as a mail is "read", all info is shown correct. It seems to be: Sender info is correct if the sender has a name. If the sender only has an e-mail-address, it is not correct. Yes, but different bug. This is higher level parsing. The bug is closed for senders that deliver a name besides their e-mail-address. verified. Again good work :) SVN commit 762362 by tilladam: Fix the rest of 152692, another interesting QCString -> QByteArray gotcha. Seems to work ok with more email adresses now. CCBUG: 152692 M +5 -4 mailaddress.cpp WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=762362 Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this version of Kmail has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Please try using the latest version of Kmail to see if your issue persists. If it does, please submit a new bug in "kmail2". Thank you! |
