I want to chat in ICQ with kopete: after the login I could see my groups, but they were empty. With GAIM or an other messenger, it worked fine.

Could you please try with a more recent kopete version, and not with an ancient one?

Sorry, but 0.11.x is too old. Please reopen if you can reproduce with a newer version.
