My computer wrote it in Portuguese.

I had connected my webcam Intel Pocket Camera CS630 by a USB door whit a proper cable.
So, the webcam shows in its display that there aer 37 photos to download.
It begins a box text in wich I chose to download the photos or do anything or configure it.
I didn't can configurate teh camera.
So I try to opened it expecting that it configurate automaticaly.
Also there no service of scan photos in my KDE.
I didn't find a driver to connect the webcam with Linux. The webcam don't work also when I am using a message program in the internet.
Can you help me?

Can you try it now? maybe with mandriva 2008.0 instead, some improvements are in that distro like browsing the camera as a disk for instance...

I can not access a Panasonic DMC-LZ3 via the
usb port.  I used to be able to and when I 
put the live kubuntu CD and boot it I can
access the camera.  This was from July 2007.
The USB port works fine with a flash drive.
I have installed all kubuntu updates that
I was notified about.

This component is not maintained in KDE4

This problem is not reproducible using current 5.8.0 pre-release bundle
available here :
