Description Andreas Freibert 2007-11-08 14:48:35 UTC
Version: 3.5.7 (using KDE 3.5.7, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: i586-mandriva-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.9-desktop-1mdv

This "wish" is about a small feature in the input mask for setting up a new appointment:
I think it would be nice to see there a small pull-down menu where I can select the time zone this new appointment refers to.
e.g. When you get an invitation for an online meeting that starts at 11:00am (PST) but you are living in the EST time zone you have to calculate the actual time (it is not a big deal :-)). Having a small menu that does the trick for you would be really nice.

Thanks for KDE.

Andreas

This is similar to bug #140637 but I'm not certain it is quite a duplicate.

this feature has been available since KDE 4.7 days, so closing
