Version:           0.12.5 (using KDE 3.5.7, compiled sources)
Compiler:          Target: i586-mandriva-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.9-laptop-1mdv

Sometimes with the "export emoticon" enabled the contact that use kopete view my avatar instead the png emoticon image. I'm usig the MSN protocol. The problem is only with the kopete friends.

I'm using 0.12.7 with KDE 3.5.8 in ubuntu. And this bug appears when i'm sending an emoticon to a kopete user (throught MSN protocol, i've not tested with other procotols).

Confirmed with kopete to kopete in version 0.5.80, if it's from kopete to another client, the icons are not exported and the other client just uses whatever it has as default.

We've completely replaced the current MSN implementation with a new MSN implementation which  If you continue to experience this bug after testing the new implementation (which can be gotten from our subversion repository or with the KDE 4.2 Beta 1 release), PLEASE, open a new bug rather than reopening this bug. Thank you for your time and efforting in helping us find and fix problems in Kopete.
