Version:           3.5.8 (using KDE 3.5.8 "release 21.2" , openSUSE )
Compiler:          Target: x86_64-suse-linux
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.18.8-0.1-default

the cookies entry for 
http://192.168.1.2:8098 
are
8089:192.168.1.2
instead of only
192.168.1.2

consequently cookies are not recognized further on.

after setting the correct value manually the site works fine.

I can confirm this still happens on konqueror 4.1.0
