In my experience, most events appear weekly, some yearly and even fewer monthly... (Actually, apart from birthdays and holidays, which are automatically created by the birthdays resource anyway, I have **only weekly** recurrences in my calendar). My typical weekly recurrences are: -) Each course I give or attend at university -) my choir rehersals -) The weekly scientific talks at our department -) The weekly "brown bag lunch" each wednesday -) My office hours -) The sun-/monday night American Football games on TV Cheers, Reinhold The differences in our usage are the reason why I suggested that the General tab have an easy "recur yearly" and "recur weekly" options. It will save much time for those of us who cannot use a mouse. The new incidence editors make it easier to change the recurrence type. |
