The run command window, formerly known as minicli, can not be resized in plasma in an easy way, as it has not window border shown.
(I can resize it by Alt+right mouse, but this is a very hidden way which a normal user will usually not find)

Also with the "no-border" option, the window can not be moved in an usual way (similar solution to above exists)

window movement is a solved issue. resizability .. i'm really not sure it will be needed once we have the new ui in place tbh.

krunner can be resized now easily with the mouse  on the borders in 4.8.0
(however it does not work correctly, which I will create a new entry for).
This problem is solved.
