Version:           0.12.7 (using KDE 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu2)
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic

I installed Kubuntu Gutsy 7.10 i386 on my computer and opened Kopete. Then I filled in the form to connect to my MSN-account. The bottom-right icon flashes for about five seconds, after which Kopete crashes with signal 11 (SIGSEGV). A backtrace gives no usefull information.

This is a backtrace of the crash, after I installed the kdenetwork-dbg package.

Many people who upgraded to gusty have this problem. See bug 150913 for a patch.
