When "Confirm Before Send" is enabled, there is a popup which says "About to send email..." and the buttons "Send Now", "Send Later" and "Cancel".

Rather than the barely-helpful "About to send email", how about something like:

"About to send e-mail to Somebody@example.com, from account SomeoneElse@example.com".

Or, if sending many copies at once, "About to send e-mail to multiple recipients, from account SomeoneElse@example.com".

This would be nice.  I have several email accounts that I operate from kmail, some are for varying clients for whom I consult.  I'd like to have the ability to verify not only to whom the message is being sent, but also from which account.

This dialogbox is already displaying when we send email with editor opened no ?
so we know which email we will send no ?
