Version:           1.6.3 (using KDE 3.5.7, compiled sources)
Compiler:          Target: i486-slackware-linux
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.21.5-smp

I put the expression "=37/60*2*3.141*0.15" into cell and it was evaluated to "58.108,5". The subexpression "=37/60*2*3.141" evaluates to the right result. If "0.15" is substituted to an integer, e.g. 1 or 2, the evaluation goes as expected. My location setting is "ru" so I tried comma as a separator but the bug didn't disappear.

I cannot confirm this. Neither with 1.6.3 nor with the upcoming 2.x series. I've checked both with dot and comma as decimal separator.
