Version:           3.5.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, Gentoo)
Compiler:          Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.20-suspend2-r6

Clicked to send an email.  K-mail(mail part of Kontact) asked if I wanted to request receipt.  I clicked "send".  Kontact crashed.
