The bug is still not fixed. I'm using Kubuntu 7.10 both on my laptop (HP dv5061ea - 64bit version) and my desktop - 32 bit. Both machines use KDE 3.5.8 - the latest stable release today. This is the printout of the version from the desktop. eli@jule-desktop:~$ kxkb -version Qt: 3.3.7 KDE: 3.5.8 KDE Keyboard Tool: 1.0 Modifier-only shortcuts (like Alt+Shift) are not supported in kxkb in KDE3 and there's no easy way to add that support so KDE3 will never have this possibility. Though they are supported in KDE4 so I am marking this as fixed. So long as it works in KDE4 then I agree that the bug is fixed. Thanks. |
