Version:           0.10.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from:    RedHat RPMs
Compiler:          gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 20070502 (Red Hat 4.1.2-12)

When leaving KNode running in the evening, I discovered that at 12:00 a.m. (00:00:00), i.e. when the date changes, the displayed posting date of all articles in the article list pane is increased by 1 day.  In the article text pane, however, the date is still displayed correctly.

Example: An article has been posted to a newsgroup on Sep 5, 2007, 15:58:58.  After midnight the date in the article list pane shows as Sep 6, 2007, 15:58:58.

This behaviour survives a restart of the application, but probably not a reboot as the dates in the article list are correct when I open KNode after starting up my machine.

This observation applies solely to KNode 0.10.5 on Fedora 7.  I have no information as to whether this bug is present in other versions on Fedora 7 or the same or other versions on other OSes.  I do not, however, remember having encountered it with Knode 0.9.x on SUSE 9.3 2 years ago or KNode 0.7.x on Debian or Mandrake in 2004.

I can confirm this bug (Gentoo Linux AMD64, KNode 0.10.5, KDE 3.5.7).

I noticed the date change on Monday, 10. September, 0:15 a.m.

It changed from 2007 to 2056!

Some examples:

Real date: 8. September 2007, 10:38:04
Displayed: 3.12.2056 14:43

Real Date: 9. September 2007, 23:22:27
Displayed: 5.12.2056 03:27
