Hello everybody! I first would like to say that I think that digikam is a marvellous program. I really like to use it for my photos. I strongly agree with Alain Knaff on this issue. I often have a lot of new images fresh off the camera (typical snapshots of people, nothing fancy) and would love to run them through batch processing to let it do the autocorrection. When editing single images, most of the time the Autolevels function fits my purpose. It would be a great enhancement if this feature (and why not also others from the image/edit menu) would be implemented. I think digikam is a killer application. I use it on Ubuntu 7.10 with the Gnome desktop. Greetings from Germany All auto-correction options are now available in new Batch Queue Manager. More options will be available soon by this way too. http://www.digikam.org/drupal/node/427 I close this file now. Gilles Caulier |
