There are several features that Amarok supports for an on-disk collection, but does not support for an iPod.

I do not keep my music on a local disk.  The iPod is the collection, and is large enough to hold it.  I find these deficiencies to be quite annoying.

The features area:

* No "Group By" option for Devices

* Music tab under Context doesn't work with Devices

* No way to delete a track from the iPod

* Even when statistics syncing is on, doesn't work if there is no music on the local disk.

Will be fixed with Amarok 2.
