Version:           1.9.7 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:                Linux

I have Kontact (KMail) and GnuPGP with pgp-agent.

To reproduce:
Create a new Email and add some text.
You need a contact witch has pgp (you can use yourself).
Add a attachment to the mail ("Add as attachment").
Then sign the whole email but just encrypted the attachment NOT the whole Email.
Send the mail.

Expected:
Your email recipient will get the mail just fine but your "Send Mail" copy lost the attachment.

This bug is no longer reproducible on KMail 1.11.0. The mail stored in the sent mail folder and the mail I receive are alike.

ok, closing then.

please reopen as needed if this occurs in more modern KMail versions.
