Please tell us which applications you are copying from, as Klipper only supports copying with any sort of format from a few select applications. I was copying from Firefox into OpenOffice.org Writer. I didn't try it anywhere else, just assumed it was universal. I that case, you can actually get what you want by selecting the top entry from the clipboard history. But frankly, I really don't want to pollute the Klipper interface with the gazillion suggestions for manipulation, so I am deeming you suggestion out of scope for now. Not that it would be very easy to write a script which did what you ask, and bind it to a key; check out the dbus interface for klipper. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 194820 *** |
