Version:           3.5.7 (using KDE 3.5.7-0.1.fc7 Fedora, Fedora release 7 (Moonshine))
Compiler:          Target: i386-redhat-linux
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.21-1.3228.fc7

Kasbar incorrectly calculates its size when hide buttons are enabled, so lower icon is shown improperly.
Hidden Kasbar disappears completely and leaves no button to unhide itself. I need to fix kickerrc and restart Kicker to show Kasbar.

Kasbar is no more developed and it will not be ported on KDE4. Kasbar bugs are being closed as "UNMANTAINED".

For specific kasbar feature which doesn't exists in the new KDE4 please open a new wish for KDE4. :-)
